Technical Details: -

Canon EOS 5D MkII
Voigtländer 20mm f/3.5 Color Skopar - two frames stitched together.

Off-camera fill flash.

This was a shot taken on the same morning as Sunrise from Dove Crag, where you can see the left hand frame in my commentary of that day.  At the time, although I took both frames with a view to possibly stitching them into a panorama, I never actually made the effort, preferring to spend time behind the camera, rather than in front of a computer.

It wasn't until 7 months later that I received an email enquiring about the possibility of supplying a canvas print of the view from the cave.  This gave me the impetus to go back & search through my files & make the complete image, which on reflection, was well worth the effort & should have been done long ago.  Lesson learnt...must try harder.

Thanks Ruth.
